Sales Apprentice

Location:Coventry, West Midlands
Wages:Apprenticeship wage
Hours:Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Alternate Saturdays 9am to 2pm

Description:We are an established Insurance Broker who will give you the chance to further your career within a focused environment. Working as part of a team to provide a sales service for the office. Computer literacy specifically Microsoft Office applications essential, along with good telephone skills. Main duties will include contacting potential and existing clients who are interested in our insurance policies. You will be required to maintain an excellent level of customer service and ensure that all contact is undertaken in accordance with the Company's compliant process.

Outbound call Advisor

Location:Coventry, West Midlands
Wages:Negotiable depending on experience
Hours:Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Saturday 9am to 2pm

Description: We are an established Insurance Broker who will give you the chance to further your career within a focused environment. Working as part of a team you will be making outbound calls to businesses and gathering information from potential clients. A good telephone manner and communication skills are essential.
Full training will be provided so experience is not necessary although would be an advantage.

Commercial Insurance Sales Advisor

Location:Coventry, West Midlands
Job Type:Permanent
Salary:£18,000 - £20,000 basic salary, OTE £30,000+

Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing and dynamic insurance brokerage as a Commercial Insurance Sales Adviser dealing with numerous product lines.

Using a consultative approach you will be working closely with clients to ensure their needs are individually catered for whilst maintaining a high level of customer service. You will be responsible for negotiating terms and pricing with insurers and issuing policy documentation.

The role includes:

  • Following up on leads/quotes by telephone.
  • Use of personal diary to ensure call backs are made promptly.
  • Selecting appropriate policy for customers' needs.
  • Closing sale opportunities and issuing documentation.
  • Ensure all sales and service is undertaken in accordance with the company's compliance process.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and customer service at all levels.
  • High level of personal organisation.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Insurance experience is desirable but not essential.

The Benefits:

  • £18,000-£20,000 basic salary dependent on experience.

Hours of work include:

  • 9.00am to 5.30pm 4 days a week
